These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for booking and organising Bumper Ball (bubble football) games offered on bumperball-krakow.com and bumperball-poland.com (“BumperBall”).
Contact: phone +48 509 196 229 or the form in the “Booking” tab.
Terms used in these Terms and Conditions:
Client – a natural person, or a person representing a company, school or another organisation, who books a game;
Participant – anyone taking part in the game.
§ 2. Booking and the game
We organise games in Kraków and in other Polish cities we bring the balls to.
A booking starts when you send the booking form or call us. We reply to enquiries within 24 hours.
Once the details are agreed – the date, time and place of the game, the package, the number of participants and extras – we confirm the booking and the final price. Until the booking is confirmed, BumperBall may change the price of the service.
Prices in the price list are per person. We issue VAT invoices on request.
A standard booking covers 1 hour of ball hire (and of the venue, if included in the package), of which about 45 minutes is actual play. The game can be extended by 30 minutes for an extra charge.
10–12 people play at the same time. Larger groups are split into teams and play a tournament, so that everyone gets to play.
Our organiser brings the balls, gets them ready, shows you how to put them on safely and supervises the game and the condition of the equipment throughout. In the VIP package the game is run by a referee and host.
If the package includes a sports hall, we choose and book the venue and settle the bill with it. Participants must follow the venue’s rules.
A place chosen by the Client (e.g. a pitch, a playing field, a garden or a beach) must be free of sharp edges, posts and obstacles that could damage a ball or cause injury. The organiser may refuse to start the game in a place that does not meet these conditions.
Ball delivery within the city limits is free (in Kraków up to 15 km from the centre). Longer journeys are charged according to the price list or an individual quote.
§ 3. Payment, cancellation and changes of date
The amount and deadline of the deposit, and the deadline and method of paying the balance, are given in the booking confirmation.
If the Client cancels the game later than 5 working days before its date, the Client covers the full cost of the service, and the deposit and any other payments are non-refundable.
If the game does not take place through the fault of BumperBall, we refund all amounts paid towards it.
If an outdoor game cannot be played safely because of the weather, we will offer another date or a move to a sports hall for an extra charge according to the price list. If neither is agreed, we refund the amounts paid.
If the game is interrupted or does not take place because participants breach these Terms and Conditions or the safety rules, the Client is not entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.
Playing time starts at the agreed time. If participants arrive late, the game is not extended unless the venue’s and the organiser’s schedule allows it.
Changes of date are agreed individually, depending on the availability of the balls and the venue.
§ 4. Who can play
Children aged 10 and over and adults can play. The 1.5 m balls are for players from about 150 cm tall, and the 1.7 m balls for players from about 180 cm. The maximum player weight is 100 kg.
Before booking, the Client checks that all participants meet the age, height and weight requirements.
Minors may play with the consent of a parent or guardian. The Client ensures they are supervised by adults throughout the event.
People who are pregnant, have a recent injury, back or heart problems, any other condition that rules out physical exertion, or simply feel unwell should not play. If in doubt, ask a doctor.
By joining the game, a participant confirms that they have no health reasons that rule out physical exertion and a contact game.
§ 5. Safety rules
Participants put the balls on as instructed and follow the instructions of the organiser and the referee.
Players must wear sportswear and sports shoes and take off jewellery, watches and glasses. Keys, phones and sharp objects must be left off the pitch. Players who wear glasses are advised to wear contact lenses.
It is forbidden to:
play under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
charge another player from behind or crash into a player who is down;
charge after the referee’s whistle;
use the balls for anything other than their purpose, in particular near sharp edges and objects;
behave in any way that may cause injury or put anyone’s life at risk.
The organiser or the referee stops the game whenever play becomes dangerous. They may also refuse to let a person play, or remove them from the game, if that person breaks the safety rules or is under the influence of alcohol.
Teams are balanced by the players’ height and weight.
§ 6. Liability
BumperBall is liable for the proper performance of the service, the condition of the balls and the actions of its organiser, in accordance with the law.
BumperBall is not liable for damage resulting from participants breaching these Terms and Conditions, the safety briefing or the organiser’s instructions, or for items left unattended.
The Client and the participants are liable under the Polish Civil Code for damage to the balls and other equipment caused through their fault, in particular by misuse.
§ 7. Complaints
Complaints about a game can be made by phone on +48 509 196 229 or through the contact form on the website.
Please describe what the complaint concerns and give the date of the game and your contact details.
We reply to complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).
§ 8. Final provisions
Consumers have no right to withdraw from a distance contract, as it concerns a sports and leisure service provided on a specified date (Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014). The cancellation rules are set out in § 3.
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
These Terms and Conditions apply from 2 November 2026.
