Planning a match in inflatable balls and wondering what it will cost? Good news: bumper ball comes with no hidden fees. You pay per person, and the price mainly depends on whether you play in a sports hall or at a venue of your choice.
Since 2010 we have organised matches for more than 7,800 clients, so we know exactly what people ask about most. Below you’ll find our current bumper ball prices, sample budgets for different group sizes and tips on planning your spend.
Bumper Ball Prices – 3 Basic Packages
We quote every event individually, but these three packages are the starting point. All prices are per person:
- Without a hall – €17/person. We bring 10–12 balls to a pitch, a park or any venue you choose. Travel within the city is included.
- With a hall – €22/person. On top of the balls, we book a sports hall for you.
- VIP with a hall – €28/person. A hall plus a host and referee, souvenir photos, a bottle of water for everyone and a professional warm-up. It’s our most popular package.
Every package includes 45 minutes of actual play, an organiser on site and a briefing on how to put the ball on safely. See our prices and offer page for details.
What’s Included and What Costs Extra?
Included in every package
- 10–12 BumperBall balls in two colour schemes,
- an organiser on site throughout the game,
- a briefing on how to put the ball on and play safely,
- ball delivery within the city,
- a VAT invoice on request.
Optional add-ons
- photo coverage (20–25 photos plus a group photo) – €34,
- a souvenir HD video of the best moments – €78,
- transfer for participants to the venue and back – priced individually,
- catering (snacks during the game) – priced individually,
- extending the game by 30 minutes – priced individually.
How Much Will Your Group Pay? Sample Budgets
10–12 people play on the pitch at the same time, so that’s the most common group size. A few examples:
| Group | Package | Total cost |
|---|---|---|
| 10 people | Without a hall (€17/person) | €170 |
| 12 people | With a hall (€22/person) | €264 |
| 12 people | VIP with a hall (€28/person) | €336 |
| 12 people | With a hall + photos and video | €376 (approx. €31/person) |
A bigger group? With 20 or more people, we split everyone into teams and run a mini tournament, and we quote the price individually. With that many players it’s often worth extending the game by 30 minutes so every team gets to play several matches.
What Affects the Final Price?
- Venue – a hall costs more than your own pitch or garden, but it’s comfortable whatever the weather.
- Number of players – you pay per person, so the total grows with your group.
- Add-ons – photos, video, transfers or catering.
- Travel – ball delivery within the city is free; in Kraków we travel up to 15 km from the centre at no extra cost, and beyond that we charge €0.23 per km.
- Game time – the standard is one hour of ball and venue hire, which can be extended.
Is the VIP Package Worth It?
For 10 people, the difference between the hall package and VIP is €60. In return you get a referee who runs the games and picks the competitions, souvenir photos, water for everyone and a warm-up before the match. For a stag party, hen party or company event that’s usually money well spent – especially when nobody in the group wants to play organiser.
