Want to organise a bubble football match but not sure where to start? No need for your own balls, a pitch or any experience. We started in Kraków in 2010, and today, as BumperBall-Poland, we bring the balls to 18 cities. The steps are the same everywhere – only the venue and delivery rules differ. Here’s how it works.

1. Pick your city and venue
We play in 18 cities: Kraków, Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Poznań, Łódź, Katowice, Lublin, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Szczecin, Rzeszów, Białystok, Bielsko-Biała, Szczyrk and Wałbrzych.
Kraków is our home base, with two halls: Com Com Zone (ul. Ptaszyckiego 6, Nowa Huta) and a sports hall (al. Jana Pawła II 37). Or we come to your chosen spot – a school or public pitch, a beach, company premises or a large garden. Delivery is free within a 15 km radius of the city centre, then €0.23 per km.
The other 17 cities – delivery within the city limits is free, and we pick the venue with you: a sports hall, pitch, park or company grounds. Trips outside the city, e.g. to a hotel, are priced individually.
Twelve players in inflatable balls need roughly a football pitch’s worth of space – see our guide to choosing between a hall and an outdoor pitch.
2. Book your date and plan the timing
Weekend slots go first, so book early and add a fallback date. Avoid outdoor games at summer midday – it gets stuffy inside a ball – and if the match is part of a stag do or company trip, play first and save the toasts for later.
3. Count your players and check the requirements
The pitch takes 10–12 players at a time. We split bigger groups into teams that take turns or compete in a mini tournament, and quote smaller groups individually.
Anyone aged 10 or over can play if they are at least about 150 cm tall and weigh up to 100 kg. Most balls are 1.5 m across; for players from about 180 cm we have two 1.7 m balls. The balls come in two colours, so teams are easy to tell apart. Details: who can play bubble football.
4. Pick a package and extras
Prices are per person; every package includes the balls, a safety briefing and a host.
| Package | Per person | Group of 10–12 | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Without a hall | €17 | €170–204 | 10–12 balls, a host, about 45 min of play, free delivery (Kraków: up to 15 km from the centre; other cities: within city limits) |
| With a hall | €22 | €220–264 | everything in ‘Without a hall’ + a booked sports hall |
| With a VIP hall | €28 | €280–336 | everything in ‘With a hall’ + referee and game host, keepsake photos, water for every player, a professional warm-up |
‘Without a hall’ means ball hire with a host at your own venue; ‘With a hall’ solves the venue question.
Extras for any package:
- sports hall rental – €58/h,
- referee and game host with a music speaker – €34/h,
- photo coverage (20–25 shots plus a group photo) – €34,
- short HD video – €78,
- an extra 30 minutes of play, transport for participants and catering – priced individually.

5. Send an enquiry – we’ll handle the rest
Use our booking form: give your city, the date (plus a fallback), the number of players, the occasion and the venue address – or say if you need a hall. Add special requests, such as a captains’ showdown in Bubble Sumo.
Within 24 hours we’ll tell you whether the date is free and suggest a package. Companies, schools and other institutions receive a VAT invoice. Prefer to talk? Ring Sylwester: +48 509 196 229.
6. Game day: what to wear and how the hour runs
Dress for sport – a tracksuit or shorts, a T-shirt and trainers with clean soles – and bring water. Jewellery, watches and pocket contents stay outside the ball, and it’s best to arrive about 15 minutes early.
Our organiser brings and inflates the balls and shows everyone how to strap in. Each ball weighs about 10 kg but rests on your shoulders on adjustable straps, with two handles inside.
A booking lasts 60 minutes, about 45 of them pure play. Games are chosen to suit the group – a classic match, Bubble Sumo, Bubble Bowling, Bulldog, Last Man Standing or rugby – ending with a team tournament. See our guide to bubble football game types and send your team the bubble football rules before the match.

Stag do, hen party, birthday or team building?
The occasion mainly decides the package and extras:
- Stag do – usually VIP, with a referee and photos. After a Kraków stag do with bubble football, carry on at a boat party on the Vistula or aboard the party tram; elsewhere, see our stag party packages.
- Hen party – an active start to the evening, with photos to keep (photo coverage €34): hen parties in Kraków and in other cities.
- Birthday – for groups aged 10 and over, adults included: birthday parties in Kraków or in another city.
- Team building – bigger teams play a mini tournament, with transport and catering quoted separately: team building in Kraków and across Poland.
