We organise bumper ball birthday parties for kids aged 10+, teenagers and adults – including 18th, 30th and 40th birthdays. Here’s how to plan the party and what to keep in mind.
Who Are Bumper Ball Birthdays For?
Kids aged 10+
Kids can play from the age of 10 if they are at least 150 cm tall – that’s what it takes to run comfortably in a ball 1.5 m in diameter. An inflated ball weighs about 10 kg, so it would simply be too heavy for younger or shorter children.
Teenagers
For teenagers it’s one of the few activities where phones end up in bags all by themselves. A match, Bubble Sumo and a team tournament spark so much competition that all that’s left afterwards are photos and videos to share.
Adults
18th, 30th, 40th? Bumper ball is an active alternative to yet another party around a table. The tallest guests (180 cm and up) can play in our larger 1.7 m balls.
What Does a Bumper Ball Birthday Party Look Like?
- Arrival – we bring 10–12 balls to a hall, a pitch or any venue you choose.
- Briefing – we show everyone how to put the ball on safely and move around in it.
- Tournament and games – a match, Bubble Sumo, Bubble Bowling or Last Man Standing. The birthday star can be team captain or “king of the pitch”.
- Final whistle – a group photo, then it’s time for cake and birthday wishes.
10–12 people play on the pitch at the same time. With more guests, we split everyone into teams and run a mini tournament, so nobody is left on the sidelines.
Where to Hold the Party?
- Sports hall – the best choice in winter and when the weather is uncertain. We book the hall for you.
- Outdoor pitch or grass – a great option in summer; just avoid the midday sun, as it gets hot inside the ball.
- Your own venue – a garden or a pitch, as long as it’s flat and free of sharp edges. Delivery within the city is included.
How Much Does a Bumper Ball Birthday Party Cost?
Prices start at €17 per person without a hall; with a hall it’s €22, and the VIP package is €28 – with a host and referee, photos, water for everyone and a warm-up. For example, a birthday party for 12 people in a hall costs €264. Souvenir photo coverage is an extra €34 and an HD video €78.
How to Prepare Your Guests
- In the invitation, ask everyone to come in sportswear and trainers.
- Check the height of younger guests with their parents – the minimum is 150 cm.
- Make sure there’s water – it gets warm inside the ball.
- Plan a few minutes for everyone to change before the cake.
